Your order will be delivered to your home address before 6 pm. DHL will give you a call ahead of delivery. The courier will require a signature upon delivery. If your are not available at the time of attempted delivery, you can arrange for a new delivery time with DHL or choose to collect from Service Point or Parcel Locker. Postcode can be changed to view DHL Service Points in different areasKindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the goods because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import taxes and duties that have been added, from your refund.

When delivering to Denmark, Postnord is also offered as a delivery option for a delivery cost of SEK 99. The delivery time is slightly longer outside Sweden, count on approx. 2-6 working days.

Your package remains at the pickup point for seven (7) days, after which the package is sent back to us. For packages that are not picked up, an administrative fee of three hundred Swedish crowns (SEK 300) is added. The fee covers the costs of shipping, returns and administration.

Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.

Have you received an item which does not fit properly? If you order outside Sweden and would like to make a return you pay for the shipping cost to our warehouse.
1. Please contact info@bybillgren with your name, your address, e-mail and the items you want to return.
2. You'll receive the label to place on the front of the package to print, so you can simply package up the items securely. Make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your returns parcel.
3. Once we have receive your item, we will inspect it and notify that we have received your returned item/s. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Returns within 30 days will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Promo Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
All prices shown on the by BILLGREN's website, www.bybillgren.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In case an order will be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, the VAT will be removed at the checkout.

Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact by BILLGREN in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. If an item is damaged during transport, by BILLGREN should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.
Warranty term: Two year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the "contact us" page. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting by BILLGRENS’s customer service or using the contact form on by BILLGREN's website within 30 days from receiving the goods, provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to by BILLGREN.
In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order.
