1. About By Billgren

2. Order

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is anything wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email to [email protected].

3. Delivery

DHL Freight Service Point
Free shipping on orders over 399 SEK within Sweden, otherwise a fee of 59 SEK will be added. 1-3 business days delivery time to your nearest DHL agent. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day at the earliest.

NOTE: Please allow 2-6 days for delivery for engraving.

Your package will remain at the delivery location for fourteen (14) days, after which the package will be returned to us. For packages that are not collected, an administrative fee of one hundred forty-nine kronor (149 SEK) will be charged. The fee covers the costs of shipping, return and administration.

DHL Express domestic (home delivery)
349 SEK. Delivery within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) when ordered before 12:00 local time (Monday-Thursday), except on public holidays*. Before delivery, you can choose whether you want your shipment delivered to your home or to a service point of your choice (even in another postal code). Please note that some postal codes in rural areas have extended delivery times (+1 day) for express delivery. We reserve the right to refuse home delivery to addresses in remote locations. If such a case arises, we will contact you before delivering.

Express delivery does not apply to engraving.

*Also applies to weekend evenings such as Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve, etc.

Postnord - Home delivery
Free shipping on orders over 399 SEK within Sweden, otherwise a fee of 59 SEK will be added. 1-4 working days delivery time, if the package is too large, Postnord will send the package to the nearest representative. If this is the case, you as a customer will receive a notification about where you can pick up your package. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be shipped the earliest the next working day.

NOTE: Please allow 2-6 days for delivery for engraving.

Shop & Collect – pick-up in showroom
Shop & Collect is a free delivery option where you pick up your order at our showroom at Östra Förstadsgatan 2 in Malmö.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday, can normally be picked up the same day by 3:30 pm. This does not apply to products with engraving or other personalization, where longer handling times may apply.
We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection. Please always wait for confirmation from us before visiting the showroom.
When picking up, you may need to show your order confirmation and valid identification.


Delivery abroad
If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: [email protected].

DHL Express International
349 SEK (499 SEK for the USA). Delivery time 2-6 days within the EU, Norway and the USA.

Postnord - Agent Denmark

When delivering to Denmark, Postnord is also offered as a delivery option for a delivery cost of SEK 99. The delivery time is slightly longer outside Sweden, expect approximately 2-6 working days.

Your package will remain at the drop-off location for seven (7) days, after which the package will be returned to us. For packages that are not collected, an administrative fee of three hundred kronor (300 SEK) will be charged. The fee covers the costs of shipping, return and administration.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of withdrawal/Return policy

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods. In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, By Billgren offers a 30-day right of return. To be covered by our extended right of return, the goods must be unused, in good condition and returned in the original packaging, if any. A cost of 39 SEK will be added to cover the costs of return and administration. When changing size or color, there is no return cost.

When delivering outside Sweden, By Billgren is not responsible for shipping costs for any return or exchange.

By Billgren takes no responsibility for lost packages when they are returned to us.


5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

1. You must notify us of your withdrawal. The message should be sent to us at [email protected]. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and the goods to which the return applies.

2. We will then email you a prepaid address label that you print out and attach to your shipment. You should hand over your shipment to a DHL agent within 30 days at the latest. Don't forget to fill out and attach the return form with the return code (the reason for your return). You are responsible for the condition of the products when returned, so the products should be sent well packaged and in suitable packaging, for example the same packaging they were delivered in.

3. As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation via email.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel your order. We will use the same payment method that you used to place your order.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

A specially made product, which has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes, e.g. engraving. For more about the statutory right of withdrawal, see here .

6. Complaints and claims

As a consumer, you have the right to complain about a product with an original defect for up to three years from the date you received the product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. A complaint made within two months of the defect being discovered is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.

  • We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the defect free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How do you proceed in the event of a complaint?

  • Any errors and defects should always be reported to [email protected], where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, a description of the error and a picture of your product.
  • If we are unable to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will cover return shipping for approved complaints.

7. Limitation of liability

  • We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
  • We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product information

We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.

9. Information about Cookies

10. Privacy, purposes, personal data and your rights

Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or campaign offers - in order to be able to adapt marketing to your individual needs. 10.1 Privacy – we protect your personal data
by BILLGREN protects your privacy and is careful to comply with the new data protection regulation, hereinafter GDPR, 2016/679/EU, which aims to strengthen the protection of individuals when processing personal data within the European Union.

10.2 Purpose – why do we collect your personal data?
by BILLGREN processes your personal data, after your approval, for the purpose of, for example, administering your order and user account, identifying that the right person receives valuable documents, offering you as a customer benefits such as discounts, general and personal offers, and conducting analyses of the data collected by BILLGREN for the above purposes to provide a more personalized experience.

10.2.1 Payment provider
When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is your first name, last name, address, email address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers and payment services that we use are those shown in the checkout, such as Klarna, PayPal, Swish and card payment.

10.2.2 Freight companies
In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is your first name, last name and delivery address. Your email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes. The shipping companies we work with are: DHL Freight, DHL Express and Postnord.

10.2.3 Newsletter
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use Mailchimp to send out newsletters.

10.2.4 Direct marketing

Purpose of processing : When you register for news, invitations and offers (direct marketing), we process your personal data in order to provide the services you request. Our direct marketing is based on profiling, which means that we adapt the information you receive from us based on certain factors. We use the following types of personal data to compile a profile: your gender, your location, your previous purchases, your behavior on our website and/or your previous behavior when you have received direct marketing directly from us.

Purpose of processing : When you use our website, we process your personal data for the purpose of improving our website and for marketing purposes.

10.3 Personal data – what personal data will we need?
Examples of personal data collected for the above purposes are name, email, social security number, contact information and information about purchases made.

It is voluntary to provide your consent to the processing of your personal data. Your personal data is saved by by BILLGREN for the time that you are a customer of by BILLGREN and for the time thereafter that is necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes of our processing.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we process about you. You also have the right to request correction if any information is incorrect. Under certain circumstances, you can have your personal data deleted, for example if you have not given consent or have withdrawn your consent.

In cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent with immediate effect.

10.4.3 Object to processing for direct marketing purposes
