Our ambition is to always be able to offer fast delivery opportunities to our customers. This means that your order will always be delivered to the address specified when you place the order.
- Free shipping on orders over SEK 399 within Sweden, otherwise SEK 49.
- If you happen to enter an incorrect address, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
- Please always check the contents of your package when it arrives. If anything is missing, it is your responsibility to notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- If there is damage to your package, or if you suspect that someone has opened the packaging and something is missing, this must be documented carefully. Please contact either [email protected] or DHL Freight.
- If an order is not collected and is returned to us, we charge a return fee of SEK 149.
Your order is always shipped with DHL Freight unless another option has been selected. This means that your order is normally delivered within 1–3 business days within Sweden and collected from your nearest DHL service point.

- For engraved and custom-made products, delivery time varies between 2–6 business days.

- Delivery takes place within 1–2 days (Monday–Friday) for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time (Monday–Thursday), excluding public holidays.
- You can choose whether the shipment should be delivered to your home, to a selected service point, or to another postal code.
- Please note that certain postal codes in remote areas have extended delivery times (+1 day) for express delivery.
- Express delivery does not apply to engraved products.
- We reserve the right to decline home delivery to addresses in remote locations. If such a case arises, we will contact you before delivery.
- Orders with Thomsens Cykelbud incur an additional cost of SEK 99.
- Order before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) to receive home delivery.
- Write your preferred delivery date and time under "write a message" and we will get back to you with a confirmation.
- Order before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) for same-day pickup no later than 4:00 PM.
- Pickup at the showroom must be notified via [email protected].
- We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup from our showroom: Humlegatan 4A, 211 27 Malmö.
- Pickup from our showroom is free of charge.
What payment solutions do you offer?
Klarna Checkout, Payson Checkout 2.0, PayPal, and Swish E-commerce.
I have not received any order or delivery confirmation.
In some cases, emails from us unfortunately end up in your spam folder or among unwanted emails. We therefore ask you to check there as well.

Why can't I pay by invoice?
If your purchase is not approved when selecting invoice payment, there may be several possible reasons.
1. You must be at least 18 years old to pay by invoice.
2. The address you entered is incorrect. For invoice payments, only your registered address is accepted.
3. You have exceeded the maximum invoice amount. Since this may vary, and if you would like to know your maximum amount, please contact Klarna at 08-120 120 00 or Payson at 08-470 94 00.
4. You have entered an incorrect personal identity number. Please note that your personal identity number is checked against the address where you are registered, so these two must match in order for the invoice purchase to go through.
5. Klarna or Payson (which we use for invoice payments) do not approve your credit.
When purchasing goods from the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive the item you ordered. A fee of SEK 29 will be charged to cover return and administration costs. No return fee applies when exchanging for a different size or color.
- You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message must be sent to [email protected]. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to.
- We will then email you a return label, which you print and attach to your shipment. No later than 30 days after receiving the label, you should hand in your shipment to a DHL service point. Do not forget to fill in and include the return form with the return code (the reason for your return). You are responsible for the condition of the products during return shipping, and the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in suitable packaging, for example the same packaging they were delivered in.
- As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by email.
How do I file a complaint about a product?
- If we are unable to fix the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
