Your order will be delivered to your home address before 6 pm. DHL will give you a call ahead of delivery. The courier will require a signature upon delivery. If your are not available at the time of attempted delivery, you can arrange for a new delivery time with DHL or choose to collect from Service Point or Parcel Locker. Postcode can be changed to view DHL Service Points in different areasKindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.

How do I return an item?

Holiday campaign: Any item that ships between November 5th and December 31st can be shipped back for free until January 31st.

Was the product different than you expected or do you need to change the size? Here you will find information on how to proceed when you have sent back your order or wish to make an exchange. Keep in mind you have 30 days to decide if you want to return your product(s), beginning from the time you receive your package. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (39 SEK return cost within EU) When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Have you received an item which does not fit properly. Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges (free of charge with no return cost)

1. Please contact [email protected] with your name, your address, e-mail and the items you want to return.
2. You'll receive the label to place on the front of the package to print, so you can simply package up the items securely. Make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your returns parcel.
3. Once we have receive your item, we will inspect it and notify that we have received your returned item/s. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Returns within 30 days will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Faulty or incorrect item?

If you recieve a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us on [email protected] and await further instruction before returning the item(s). When we have received and registered your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will send you a confirmation email and process your refund.

Is the stainless steel jewellery nickel-free?

The term "nickel free" can be confusing since jewellery marked nickel free is still allowed to contain a very small amount of nickel, but it is such a tiny amount that it takes extremely sensitive instruments to measure it. All pieces sold on by BILLGREN follows The European Union's (EU) Nickel Directive that limits the amount of nickel that may be released onto the skin from jewellery.
