I bought a leather bracelet, of course it all went a little too fast and I bought the wrong size. Chatted with the support when I was at the package delivery- pick up and returned it immediately... Waited for the package and the new bracelet came in express. In time for my brothers birthday ... Smooth and fast! Nice one BB!
